Enjoy an evening of culinary delight at chef-hatted Caleb Restaurant & Bar; a beautifully rustic venue with an open kitchen, offering lively scenes of the chefs at work. Internationally acclaimed and 2022 Gold Plate Premier’s Award winner Chef Caleb Azuka worked with michelin star chefs and has since cooked the world over, honing his unique style to give a creative twist to traditional Italian favourites. Now it’s your turn to learn at the hands of the master with an extensive VIP three-course masterclass. Not only will you hone your skills, but you will also feast on your creations at the end!

- Two-hour Italian cooking masterclass
- Cook an Italian-inspired, three-course fine dining menu (menu subject to change)

Sample Itinerary
- Arrive at 5:30pm: Sip on a glass of sparkling (18+ only) and enjoy Chef Caleb’s woodfired focaccia and a small bite on the rooftop
- 6pm: Begin your hands-on cooking class in the restaurant kitchen
- 8pm: Dine on your creations at a shared table with Chef Caleb and a glass of his Private Label wine
