• Buffet breakfast is served at Arunika from 6.30am–10.30am.
• Daily choice of lunch or dinner is served a la carte and includes two courses. Lunch is available at Arunika or Roso from 12pm. Dinner is available at Arunika (until 10pm), Roso (until 10pm) or Beach Bar & Grill (5pm–10pm).
• Free-flow drinks and canapes are available at the main lobby from 4.30pm–6.30pm.
• Wellness activities are subject to change and resort schedule. Examples include daily sunrise yoga, aqua aerobics, cultural music and dance classes, beach walks and more.
• Niskala Kids’ Club is open daily from 9am–7pm. A maximum of two children per package may attend.
• Welcome wine is a bottle of red wine per package.
• Daily kids’ activities are available according to the resort schedule and may include dance lessons, games, origami, movie time and popcorn making, subject to availability.
• The Meru Pool is accessible to adults only. Guests travelling with children (under 12) may enjoy the kid-friendly Main Pool located near Arunika.
• Included massages can be redeemed at Taru Pramana Spa & Wellness, open daily from 9am–9pm. Advance booking is required at reception.
• Butler service, provided by the Resort Ambassador, is available daily from 7am–11pm.
• One-time mindful ‘Benang Jiwa’ wellness workshop per adult is available daily at 2pm, subject to the spa schedule and change. Pre-booking at reception is required.
• 15% discount is available on spa treatments and resort activities, with unlimited uses permitted. Subject to availability and the resort’s activity, experience and spa menus.
• Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)
  • Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
  • Standard airport transfers will be in a Toyota Innova or similar.
  • Luxury airport transfers will be in a Toyota Alphard or similar.
  • How to redeem:
    • You will be required to update your transfer information after making your booking. Bookings are essential at least 72 hours in advance.Transfer information includes:
      • Flight number and arrival time
      • Child seats requirements
      • Number of pieces of luggage including large items
    • You will receive an automated confirmation of your transfer when booking, with a final confirmation sent to you within seven days of your nominated travel date.
  • Regular transfers can accommodate up to three luggage pieces or suitcases (sedan). Fees may apply for excess baggage.
  • Luxury transfers can accommodate up to two large and three small suitcases, or four medium suitcases.
  • A complimentary infant or child seat can be booked each way, or guests may bring their own.
  • The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
  • It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival should your driver need to contact you.

• CANNA Bali Beach Club Inclusions & Fine Print
  • Includes: One-day entry to CANNA Bali beach club in Nusa Dua per person, complimentary welcome cocktail or mocktail per person, complimentary ice cream treat per child, free canoe hire, IDR100,000 discount per package toward 60-minute full-body massage, IDR100,000 discount per package toward jug of sangria, IDR500,000 discount per package toward Heritage Set Menu in Cliff Restaurant (applicable with minimum purchase of two set menus; reservation required), IDR 500,000 discount per package toward purchase of second bottle of selected wine, use of the Luxury Escapes pre-departure lounge located within CANNA Bali with bag storage, showers and more.
  • This experience does not need to be used on the final day of travel. Access to CANNA Bali is permitted one time at any stage during your stay
  • This experience is valid for the number of guests included in your Luxury Escapes Bali stay.
  • Guests must make a reservation at least 24 hours in advance via WhatsApp (+62 823-4558-0600), quoting your Luxury Escapes purchase ID number. The reservations team will confirm your time, cocktail/mocktail drink choice, and any dining at Cliff Restaurant. Strictly no walk-ins; reservations only.
  • Upon arrival, please provide your Luxury Escapes purchase ID number and booking information. You will be provided with a voucher to redeem your drink choice.
  • CANNA Bali beach club is open daily from 10am to 10pm (last orders at 9:45pm) & Cliff Restaurant is open Monday to Thursday from 3pm to 10pm, and Friday to Sunday from 11am to 10pm.
  • If dining at Cliff Restaurant, you must show your reservation confirmation to be permitted entry.
  • No cameras and no drones are permitted. No food and beverages from outside are permitted.
  • Seating and tables (such as lounges, daybeds, etc.) at CANNA Bali are not included in the entry fee and must be pre-booked (surcharges apply).
  • Must be 21+ years for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request.
  • Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult guardian aged 18+. Children must be supervised at all times.
  • Pre-Departure Lounge at CANNA Bali: For guests wishing to use the lounge and beach club facilities on the day of departure – if your hotel package includes return airport transfers, please notify our transfer partner of your CANNA Bali pickup when confirming your transfer booking, or by messaging on WhatsApp +62 811 3830 1800 to amend your departure transfer pick-up location.
  • Transfers to CANNA Bali from your hotel are not included, but can be arranged for an additional cost. Please contact luxuryescapes@icstravelgroup.com to arrange.
  • If you do not have included airport transfers, transfers between CANNA Bali and the airport are at an additional cost, please email luxuryescapes@icstravelgroup.com in advance for booking.

  • Access to Atlas Beach Club or Atlas Super Club is permitted one time at any stage during your stay.

  • How to redeem:
    • Customers are required to contact Atlas Beach Fest via WhatsApp (+62 857 3906 3480) at least 24 hours in advance to make reservations including booking for a daybed/sofa bed (if any). Please mention the Luxury Escapes booking reference number and details of guest names to enjoy all the benefits
    • The Reservation team will confirm the booking to the guests, including the confirmation number for daybed/sofa bed booking (if any)
    • Should Atlas Beach Fest need to contact you regarding your reservation, they will do so via the email/phone number you have supplied upon making your booking
    • You will be required to provide the confirmation of your hotel booking and guests on arrival
  • Guests will receive a voucher to redeem their complimentary drink at Atlas Beach Club as well as a 10% dining discount voucher if this option was chosen
