Once you have signed in to the Scoopon website, you can change your account details by selecting the 'My Account' button at the top of the page. On the next page, you will see a list of details which can all be updated including:
In this section, you can edit your personal details such as your Name and your Suburb.
So that you don't have to reach for your wallet each time you want to purchase a Scoopon, you can now select a saved credit card at the checkout screen. You may update or remove your saved credit card details at any time. Please rest assured that you are protected by our secure server and your details will not be visible in full to Scoopon or any other person or entity.
You can easily update your email preferences by clicking the "Manage Subscriptions/Unsubscribe" link located at the footer of each Scoopon email newsletter. Any update may take up to 24 hours to take effect in our system.
When you are purchasing a Scoopon which is for a product to be delivered to you, you can select your delivery address once it has been saved. You are able to edit your Home or Company delivery address at any time (except after the order has been placed already).
Please note: your saved addresses are not transferred between Scoopon Local and Scoopon Shopping. You will need to add or update this information separately.
To update your delivery details, complete the steps below;
- Go to the Scoopon Shopping page
- Click on the 'My Account' button, and then 'My Addresses'
- You can now add an address (or multiple addresses) by clicking "Add an address"
You can also remove an address if it no longer valid or update an address by clicking on 'edit'. Your primary address will be the default address selected when you are making your next order. Make sure you hit the save button to save your changes.
