We understand that the item you ordered may not be what you expected once it arrives.
Our Customer Service team is happy to offer a suitable resolution if you're unhappy with the quality of the product or it's not quite what you were expecting. But please keep in mind the conditions below.
To submit a return request, log in to your account and click on My Account, go to My Shopping Orders and scroll to the order specific to your items. Click on "Return Request" for more instructions.
Your return request will be considered only where the item in question is:
(a) returned within 28 days of order;
(b) not used or worn (with original tags and/or packaging); and
(c) not damaged in any way.
Please note: Change of mind returns are not accepted for intimates, which includes underwear, hosiery, socks, swimwear and adult toys due to hygienic reasons. Remedies for defective goods are still available.
