Generally speaking, your Scoopon voucher will have been emailed to you on the same day as your purchase. For these deals, once you have successfully purchased your Scoopon, you would have receive two emails:
- Confirmation of purchase which included your tax invoice
- The vouchers you purchased as a PDF attachment
You can also download your Scoopon Travel voucher from your Scoopon account: To access your Scoopons, please follow the below steps:
- Go to www.scoopon.com.au/travel and Sign In to your account
- Select ‘My Scoopons’ at the top of the page.
- Your Scoopon purchases will now be displayed.
- To view and/or print your Scoopon, click on ‘Download’
For some deals, you will need to make your booking with the merchant first, before receiving your Scoopon voucher. For these deals, this will be outlined on the order confirmation that you have received after your made your purchase.
If you haven’t received any emails from us after you placed your order, please double check your spam and junk email folders in case ‘firstname.lastname@example.org’ has not been added to your safe senders list.
Looking for your gift purchase?
You can now find your Scoopon gift purchases in your 'My Scoopons' section. You will notice an image of a present in the bottom of the Scoopon's image in the 'My Scoopon' list which identifies that Scoopon as a gift. You can click through to see the details of your gift, including your recipient's name, by clicking the Download button.
Still can't find your Scoopon?
If you've made a purchase and cannot find your Scoopon, don’t worry, there are few things you can do to track it down;
- You may have purchased under another account, potentially with a friend, family member or partner's details - or even your work email address, instead of your personal one. Try logging in with your different email addresses.
- You may have purchased via Facebook so make sure you check that account. Login to the Scoopon Travel website by clicking on the blue 'Sign In with Facebook' button.
